Websites, CRMs and apps
Orders stuck in chats, records in spreadsheets, a website nobody finds? We build the site, CRM or app your business runs on
We build websites, CRMs and small apps for small businesses. Everything below is live as of September 2026: the CRM running our flower shop at 400-500 orders a month, a realtor system with 1,106 listings, apps for youth sports and language lessons, and a pipeline that reviews websites. Websites start at $800, CRMs at $2,500. It starts with a free review.

What we've already built
One number or fact you can check for each project. Where there's a case study, it has the details and the dates.
- 1CRM
Flower shop CRM
Website, marketplace and messenger orders in one feed, a florist queue, drivers with automatic pay, cash, payroll and P&L. The whole team works from their phones.
400-500 orders a month. The email importer pulled in 704 Flowwow orders from the past year, none typed by hand.
- 2Realtor system · Mexico
RealtyOS and the somaya.mx catalog
Broker messages become clean listings, the system matches them to what each client wants, builds shareable shortlists, and every morning Telegram tells you who's waiting on a reply.
1,106 listings in a three-language catalog (Sep 29, 2026), 3,207 URLs in the sitemap, 114 automated tests.
- 3App · demo
Swish: a youth sports journal
Coaches log a result from the sideline in seconds, kids build personal records and a player card, and parents follow along from a link with no passwords. Three languages.
From kickoff to the coach logging results courtside: one day (Sep 28, 2026).
- 4App
Language lesson app
A teacher's control panel, a student screen, homework and spaced repetition: any word the student stumbles on comes back in later lessons on its own.
A standalone app on its own domain two days after the first lesson: lesson on Sep 23, app live on Sep 25, 2026.
- 5Sales automation
Website review pipeline
Finds business websites city by city, a scanner checks speed, markup, mobile and indexing, the findings turn into an HTML and PDF review, and leads are tracked in a dashboard.
405 flower shop websites scanned across 20 Russian cities, 76 reviews written by hand.
- 6Websites
Websites built for search
A sign maker's site: 19 pages matched to local demand and a price calculator built on the shop's own formulas, with quotes going straight to a manager's messenger. Plus vladseo.com, the site you're on: prices in plain text, markup for search engines and AI, inquiries straight into our dashboard.
The sign maker's site got its first form inquiries on Aug 17 and Aug 31, 2026.
Selling to both English and Spanish speakers?
We build the site and the search presence around each market's language and habits: Google and Google Maps, WhatsApp instead of phone calls, prices in pesos or dollars. We live and work in Mexico, and our own products already run here: a three-language real estate catalog and a youth sports app.
We don't translate sites into every language by default. Each language needs real demand, its own search work and a person who checks the copy.
- Languages we work in: English, Spanish, Russian
- Local search: Google, Google Maps and local directories
- Prices and payments in the market's currency: pesos or dollars
- Other languages only for a specific project, with a native editor
Development questions
What does a website, CRM or app cost?
Websites start at $800. CRMs: a single order feed starts at $2,500, and a $300-450 prototype on your data counts toward the project. Apps are quoted after a free review, and you get the exact price before any work starts.
Can I see the projects live?
The somaya.mx catalog is public, and you're on vladseo.com right now. The shop CRM and the apps hold real customer and kids' data, so we don't show them publicly. The case studies walk through how they work.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code, database and logins stay with you, and the stack is standard. If you ever move to another developer, we hand everything over with documentation.
Why would an SEO team build software?
Search traffic goes to waste if there's nowhere to catch the lead. So we also build what comes after search: a site that takes the inquiry and a system that carries the order all the way to payment.
